7. Visitors under 13
Individuals under 13 can not visit our website and should be blocked or restricted (as applicable) from any page that requires personal information. If you are under 13 years of age this stuff applies to you! Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA") is a law that makes it illegal in the United States for Oh! to collect information or communicate with kids under the age of 13 without their
parent's (or legal guardian's) written consent. So chats, sweepstakes, promotions, contests or other things that require you to submit personal information on the Oh! website are "off limits". We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. In the event that we are notified that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete all such information as soon as reasonably possible.
It's for your own good. This might seem like a bit of a drag but there are a lot of strange and unscrupulous people out there who use the information you give them in ways you (or your parents or legal guardian) would not want them to.
